Monthly plans
Basic ($39/mo promo — locked for 12 months from upgrade date) can be cancelled at any time. Your account stays active until the end of the billing period.
Annual plans (Pro)
Billed upfront at $349/year ($29.08/mo). Fully refundable within 30 days. After 30 days, the payment is non-refundable but access continues until year end.
Your data, always yours
Schools own all uploaded photos and event data. We never use your content for advertising or share it with third parties.
Downgrading
If you downgrade from Basic or Pro to Free, events beyond your first become read-only. Photos are preserved — no new uploads until you upgrade again or manage within limits.
Free tier watermark
Free accounts display a small "Powered by Nostaview" credit on event pages and QR share materials. Upgrade to Basic or Pro to remove it.
Privacy & compliance
Nostaview is FERPA and COPPA compliant and designed for school environments. Student uploaders are not required to create accounts. See our Privacy Policy, Student DPA, and Compliance Center.
