Billed upfront at $250/year. Fully refundable within 30 days. After 30 days, the payment is non-refundable but access continues until year end.

An active event is one that's currently accepting photo uploads. You can archive past events at any time, which frees up your active slot on the Free plan. Archived events remain viewable and downloadable.
No. Students scan a QR code and upload directly from their phone — zero logins, zero app downloads. It works on any smartphone browser. This is a core feature across all plans, including Free.
It automatically reviews incoming photos and flags ones that are blurry, too dark, near-duplicates, or otherwise low quality. You see these flagged photos in a separate review queue so you spend time only on the good ones.
After cancellation you have a 30-day grace period to download all your photos. After 30 days, photos are permanently deleted. We send reminder emails at 30 days, 7 days, and 1 day before deletion. Your account data (school info, event structure) stays until you request deletion. See our Fair Use Policy for the full details on storage limits and cancellation.
Yes! On Basic and Pro plans, the school admin can invite up to 4 colleagues for a total of 5 team accounts per school. Each person gets their own login and can create events independently — all under the same school with shared quotas. Invited team members inherit the school's paid tier. On the free plan, it's one account per school.
